1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the fbjili website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). They apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person interacting with fbjili content. Continued use of the Service after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

fbjili operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving users in the Philippines. Our Service is designed for entertainment purposes and must be used in accordance with all applicable Philippine laws, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use fbjili, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of fbjili or any of its partners, or an immediate family member of such individuals.
• You are not included on any PAGCOR or government-administered self-exclusion list.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party; you are participating with your own funds for your own personal entertainment.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under Philippine law.

fbjili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games on fbjili, you must create a single personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact number or email address. You are responsible for keeping this information updated.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on fbjili. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent forfeiture of all associated balances and account privileges.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fbjili login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN (OTP) with any third party. fbjili will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately via the contact details in Section 14.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

fbjili is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. We may require you to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS card, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID) and proof of address before processing withdrawals or at any time we deem necessary for regulatory compliance purposes. Accounts that fail KYC checks may be frozen pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fbjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the fbjili cashier interface and may vary by payment method. fbjili reserves the right to revise these thresholds at any time with notice posted on the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to completion of all applicable KYC checks and bonus wagering requirements. fbjili does not guarantee processing times for third-party banking institutions and is not liable for delays attributable to GCash, Maya, interbank clearing, or other payment processors.

4.4 Currency & Fees

fbjili does not charge deposit fees. Certain withdrawal methods may incur nominal processing fees disclosed at the time of withdrawal. Any applicable taxes under Philippine law (e.g., online betting duty) are the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fbjili offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds where applicable.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until the stated wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• fbjili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus structures — including, but not limited to, bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting for promotional gain, or coordinated group exploitation — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• In the event of a dispute over bonus terms, fbjili's determination shall be final and binding.

6. Gameplay & Fair Play

All games offered on fbjili — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game provider.

fbjili does not guarantee any particular outcome for any game. All results are determined by chance, and no strategy, system, or software can alter game outcomes. Any attempt to use external tools, bots, scripts, or software to influence game results constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

For sports betting: odds are subject to change, and bets placed after the stated cut-off time or on suspended markets will be voided. fbjili's trading team reserves the right to void or settle any bet in accordance with its official sports betting rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbjili Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Accessing fbjili from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where you do not have legal capacity to contract.
• Attempting to launder money or use fbjili for any illegal financial activity.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, automated software, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players in table games or tournaments.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward fbjili staff or other users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain; any winnings derived from such exploits will be voided.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing fbjili accounts.

fbjili reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

fbjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you stay in control of your gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. You can access these tools from your account settings at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the fbjili Platform — including but not limited to the fbjili name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of fbjili or its respective licensors. This content is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any fbjili content without express written permission.

10. Privacy & Data

fbjili collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your personal information and financial data.

fbjili will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or legitimate business necessity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fbjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial loss — even if fbjili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

fbjili's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total net deposits you made in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fbjili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Service, its fitness for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of game outcomes or information displayed.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting fbjili's support team. fbjili will endeavor to respond to and resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a written complaint.

For disputes arising from specific game outcomes governed by a third-party provider's rules, the resolution process of that provider may apply, and fbjili will cooperate with any relevant investigation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

fbjili reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of fbjili after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
